THE PRIVILEGE & PRIORITY OF THE LOCAL CHURCH
2018 Autumn Conference
18–20 October, Bristol
Join us in Bristol for the 2018 Sovereign Grace Churches UK & Ireland Autumn Conference.
About Autumn Conference
We live in a time and in a nation where the church is increasingly mocked and marginalised. As Christians, we need to catch a fresh glimpse of God’s perspective on His church and recapture the extraordinary beauty, privilege, and place of the local church in His good and eternal purposes.
THURSDAY is a day for church leaders to come together to think biblically about the extraordinary privilege God has given to us as leaders of his church. We want to be freshly envisioned and equipped, and have our faith renewed, by God’s Word, for the task of faithfully serving and leading the local church God has entrusted to us.
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY are days for anyone who plans, leads or cares about the gatherings of the church and are designed to help us consider the extraordinary life and weekly worship of the gathered church.
Headley Park Church
Main sessions Thursday will address the topics of the leader’s heart for, and care toward, the local church that God has entrusted them to serve; and the confidence in Christ we can have for our church’s future. Main sessions on Friday will address the church’s glory, foundation, message, unity, passion, power, and future.
